Heet water uit kraan gebruikt (~50&#176;C). Havervlokken er gewoon onbewerkt bij gegooid want <10%. Maisch-in was 69-70 graden, te heet, na 60min nog steeds 69&#176;C. Kokend water erbij voor maisch-uit gaf 79&#176;C. SG (dompelaar) na maischen: 1.061, na koken: 1.074, na gisten: 1.043. SG (refractometer) na maischen: 1.058, na gisten: 1.053. Ingekookt: 5.5L/100min=55mL/min, 3.3L/hr. Gisting in kelderkast bij relatief stabiele temperatuur van 16-19&#176;C. Hoofdgisting binnen 1 dag (!) voltooid, indicatie: geen activiteit waterslot. Na 2,5 week gemeten wat eind SG was: 1.043, te hoog. Deel (250mL) in erlenmeyer op magneetroerder gezet, na drie dagen opnieuw gemeten om te kijken of gisting nog verder gepusht kan worden: 1.043, dus geen success. XX Flesjes x 0.3L = XXL.
