Heating up the strike water - I ended up putting in 8 gallons total and ill just pull out the needed 3.99 gallons from that and leave the rest for mashout/sparge. I also set the heater to 168, im expecting to lose 4 degrees on filling and mixing the grain in the tun. I also need to check the water temp prior to adding grain, Hopefully I can wait for it to hit 164.
