1. Heat Strike Water - 4 gal to 164 deg2. Transfer 4 gal Strike Water to Mash Tun3. Mix Crushed Grain (11.25 lbs)4. Record Temp of the Mash - Initial*150 deg*5. Close Mash Tun and wrap in blankets6. Rest for 60 min7. Boil 1.3 gal of water8. Record Temp of Mash - Final*142 deg*9. Mash Out with 1.3 gal of water to bring mash to 170 deg10. Mix and wait 10 mins11.
