First Brew of this recipe. Messed up and added wild cherry instead of Sassafras in mash and start of boil. Too much water added to sparge. strike water 5 gallons, sparge was 4. Use 3.5 gallons sparge next time @ 170

There was a confusion in the Hops used. Either Strisselspalt or Mt Hood. This one was tried using Mt HoodApril 7th, moved from 10 C to 17 C
