Just getting started brewing. I'm on a single 10gallon boil pot, with propane burner and mashing into a 10gallon modified igloo cooler. Fermenting between a 6.5g fermonster and a 6.5g bucket. Love the stouts and porters and heavier ambers and reds. Trying hard to like IPA's and welcome any IPA "lite" suggestions!
