Current Temp @ 12:45PM: Durham, NC - 92dF; reached around 103dF according to thermometer.Water: Durham, NC (Braggtown) Tap WaterWet hops added at whirlpool. Lost a lot of volume to this.Let wort cool to ambient temperature naturally. Took about 16 hours.
