May 23/21: Mashed in with 15L, 5ml phosphoric, 2.5g CaCl2, 2g CaSO4

Hit 66.5c mash temperature. 45 minute timer.

Sparged with 20L, 5.5ml phosphoric, 2.8g CaCl2, 2.3g CaSO4

Added 80c water to 59c mash bed for 72c mashout.

May 23/21 1pm: 19c wort into FC set to 18c.

May 23/21 745pm: FC down to 14c with Bunnyhawp.
7.
May 24/21 715am: FC to 13c, laser at 15c. Krausen forming in clumps.
8.
May 30/21 530pm: FC up to 18.5c with Bunnyhawp.
9.
June 10/21 730pm: Began cold crashing
10.
July 03/21: Bottling day. 4.64oz to 19L at 19C for 2.6vol.
