Special Instructions

1.
Strike 76’C, Mash 25min @ 66’C then 5 min out @ 77’C.
2.
Sparge then boil @ 90min all hops.
3.
Chill to 21’C then ferment for 2 weeks with US-05 yeast.
4.
Rack to second fermenter, with fruit and add Wyeast. Leave for 6 months then bottle.
5.
Bottle and age for over 2 Week
