Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Bake 60oz of pumpkin for 30 minutes @ 350, then coat with honey and bake another 30 minutes
2.
Heat up strike water in order to hit mash temperature of 155 degrees then add room temperature pumpkin and mix
3.
Transfer to mash tun and add the rest of your grains
4.
Add 1oz Magnum Hops with 50 min remaining in the boil
5.
Add .75lbs Demerara Sugar and .25lbs Light Brown Sugar with 10 min remaining in boil
6.
Add all spices with 5 min remaining in the boil
7.
Add 1oz Saaz Hops with 0 min remaining in the boil
8.
For the vanilla bean vodka solution, two beans are cut in half. The seeds and goodies are then scraped into 4oz of vodka. Let it sit for two weeks.
9.
Once transferred to secondary add Vanilla Beans Pumpkin Pie Spice and Graham Cracker Extract
