Special Instructions

1.
Mash in at 185F. Sacc rest started at 146F with ambient temp around 60F.
2.
Vorlauf / recirculate in mash for the last 15 minutes of sacc rest.
3.
Transfer to boil kettle (40 minutes).
4.
Boil 60 minutes and add hops per schedule.
5.
Transfer to fermenter and allow to cool.
6.
Pitch yeast the next day, oxygenating the wort.
