Special Instructions

1.
Do the mash for 60min at 60C
2.
Recycle the mash
3.
Check PH
4.
Check Mash Gravity
5.
Check Mash final Temperature
6.
Top up mash until we have 28L in the boiler
7.
Boil time will be 90min (60min plus 30min cooling down naturally)
8.
At min 75, Add 4ml of CO2 Hop extract https://www.themaltmiller.co.uk/product/co2-hop-extract-15ml/
9.
At min 30, Turn off the boiler and add 60g of Apollo Hops
10.
At min 15 Add 40g of Apollo Leaves and 1/4 Protafloc tablet https://www.themaltmiller.co.uk/product/protafloc-tablets-irish-moss-x10/
11.
At min 5 Whirlpool
12.
At 0 min transfer to the fermenter at 20C
13.
Check OG
14.
Add Yeast
15.
After 10 days, Check Gravity
16.
Add Dry hops 100g Mosaic Leaves (Use weight to make it sink)
17.
After 5 days, Trub and transfer to container to cold crash
18.
Add 1 tablespoon of gelatine dissolved in a cup of warm water
19.
After 1 day, add 2ml of Aroma Citra https://www.themaltmiller.co.uk/product/pure-hop-aroma-oil-citra/
20.
After 1 day check Final gravity
21.
Prime with Dextose at 2.5 Co2 and bottle
