Notes:

Judges seemed to like this beer well enough. The consensus seemed to be a perceivable amount of sulfur, some tartness they wanted corrected, slightly too bitter and they wanted slightly more malt character.

Notes:

First of all not all of the bottles have equal carbonation. Some are very well carbed, others have very low carbonation. That being said, the bottles which have proper carbonation are fantastic. Pale gold color, good clarity with very slight amount of floating yeast in glass. Generous, long lasting, pure white head with bubbles of various size. Highly aromatic with perfumy notes of lemon and herbs. Flavor is slightly tart with notes of lemon, apple and pear. Slight grainy malt sweetness but with a fairly dry and firmly but not overpoweringly bitter finish. High, mouth filling carbonation but not prickly. Very slight burnt rubber type sulfur character? Not sure. Great beer though.
