Special Instructions

  1. 1M pitch rate, increase dissolved oxygen.
  2. 20 gallon mash.
  3. 50 ppm Chloride, 25 ppm Sodium, 25 Sulfate ppm.
  4. 0.09 g/Gal CaCl2, 0.16 g/Gal NaCl, 0.09 g/Gal Gypsum.
  5. 5.4 mash pH; 5.5 sparge pH.
  6. 1.45 mL/Gal Phosphoric acid in mash; 1.5 mL/Gal in sparge.
  7. Add sugars with 15 mins left in boil.
  8. Add spiced pumpkin mix with 5 mins before KO.
  9. Add vanilla at kegging.
