Special Instructions

1.
Let wort cool down to 180F (82c) then add flame out hops then whirlpool hops and let them steep for 30 min.
2.
Cool down wort to 65F (18c) and pitch yeast.
3.
Ferment between 65F to 70F (18 and 21C) when fermentation is near completion add dry hops and let sit for 5-7 days.
