Steeped at 163 for 40 minutes. Was supposed to be 153. Dumb ass. OG is 1064. Then took wort down to 78 and added yeast that was re-hydrated. 5/17 FG is 1016 Lightly toasted 14 oz coconut and ground 10 oz semi sweet and 20 oz dark chocolate into a dry hop Bottled 5/29/17 with 4 oz sugar
