Special Instructions

1.
Bring 500g of LDME and 5L of water to 78-80C. Turn off the burner and add the Cascade. Place lid on and let rest for 25 mins.
2.
Now bring the wort back to a boil and start timing at the hotbreak. You now have a 25 min boil to do.
3.
Wait 15 mins (after hotbreak) before adding the Citra and another 10 mins for the Galaxy.
4.
Stir in the last kg of LDME as wort is cooling
