Mashed overnight starting at 156f,after 10 hours started the boil wort at 145f. After primary for a week, transferred to secondary and dry hopped for last 3 days. 43 bottles yielded. First bottle tried after a week, well carbonated. Smell isn't as hoppy as I thought I would be, taste is like a malty lager with a bitter twang. Overall a nice straight forward beer but probably lacks a little character.
