Swapped Marris Otter for Golden Promise, which lowered the OG. I also lowered the early lops to compensate for the gravity drop. Also bumped up the mash temp from 150 > 153

Notes:
I over boiled and undershot my mash water. Pull out of boil was 3.75 gallons at about 1.075. I boiled just over a gallon of water and added to fermenter and was right on th 1.057 OG. Pitching yeast early 9/6.
