Bag with two cuts is mash hop, bag with one cut is ffh OG 10.8 FG 5.5 Pitch M 7/11 Keg/tap U 7/23 All went by smooth on brew day. The fermentation blew off very hard, and went on for a long time. Was not cold crashed. Well there's the secret to the cloudy IPAs, heavy wheat. Totally smooth mouthfeel, very full hop presence, cloudy as all get out. A week after tap it has cleared a lot and is starting to taste REALLY good.
