Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Bring 6l to boil - and add boil hops pellets as above
2.
Flame Out - add dried malt and stir
3.
Top up with cold water to10l and cool to 75c
4.
Add grain steep bag for 30mins - then allow to cool
5.
Move to 11l carboy - when cool add yeast - run for 1-2 weeks
6.
Rack to 2nd carboy (add 10g hop dry hopping if needed)
7.
Fridge 2 weeks - bottle - wait 2 weeks - fridge - drink
