Special Instructions

1.
Heat strike water (2.5g) to 168F
2.
Add all grains to water, Mash for 60m @ 150-160F
3.
Heat sparge water (2.5g) to 170F, sparge grains
4.
Add heat during sparge to bring wort up to ~168F
5.
Add DME, stir and add heat to boil
6.
At beginning of boil at bittering hops (Warrior) start 60m timer
7.
At 40m add multipurpose hops (Glacier)
8.
At 20m add first aroma hops (Citra)
9.
At 15m add irish moss
10.
At 10m add second aroma hops (Fuggles)
11.
At 5m add rest of aroma hops (Fuggles)
12.
At 0m flame out and begin cooling wort
13.
At desired temp transfer to primary and add top off water
14.
At 75-80F take OG reading and pitch yeast
15.
Add dry hops and rack into secondary for 7 day.
