Nice complex malt base with just enough bitterness to offset the sweetness of the caramel malt and wonderful citrus hoppiness contributed by the late addition and dry Amarillo hops. Very pleasant, tasty and smooth. Low enough alcohol to enjoy several. Guests for the Super Bowl all raved. I will brew this one again and again.
