This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: Maris Otter Pale - UK, Crystal 30L - UK, Honey - US, Flaked Barley - US, DME Light Ale, Crystal Hops, Wyeast Weihenstephan Weizen 3068 Homebrew Yeast, Lactic Acid, Irish Moss, Wyeast 5335 Lactobacillus Delbrueckii, peeled orange, Lavender.

Special Instructions

1.
Split up the grains evenly into 3 separate bags and mash as above. I kept bag one and two in the Wort until the 3rd mash when i took them out and sparged to 3 gallons putting in the 3rd bag.
2.
After third mash sparge to 3 gallons.

On boil, add oranges, honey, and DME.
4.
Wait 20 minutes and add Lavender and 1oz of Crystal Hops to boil.
5.
After boil remove lavender from wort.
