Special Instructions

1.
Boil 5g to 175. pour in mash ton and add grain at about 159. Mash 1 hour. pour off 1 gallon until runs clean, return to mash ton

boil 5g to 170 strike temp. split sparge water in half.sparge

at boil add 1oz Citra, 30 min 1 oz Citra, 40 min 1 oz Cascade, 45 min 1 tab Whirlflock(or 1 tsp Irish Moss), 50 min 1 oz Cascade, 1/2 tsp yeast nutrient and wort chiller. 60 min cut heat
4.
6 gallon end result with OG 1.045, cool to 70. add to fermenter, pitch yeast and add air lock
