Add 1.5oz mosaic hops and boil 50 minutes
Add 1lbs lactose with 10 minutes remaining in the boil
Whirlpool at 170 degrees 30 minutes 3oz galaxy, 2oz mosaic hops
Add 2 tbsp vanilla extract, 2 bags toasted coconut, and passion fruit to secondary fermenter
Add 2oz Galaxy hops with 7 days remaining
