You can increase the batch to 1 gal, but the ABV will go down accordingly.
Bottle condition with plain table sugar 0.0625g (about 3/8 tsp) per 12oz bottle.
Nice medium amber color. Good head of foam. Can easily smell and taste the hops. This is a quite decent beer for my first brew!
