A mash-up of my Enkel/Patersbier and "Volksbier" Belgian Pale Ale recipes from 2019 with a slightly hoppier twist and solid malt and candi sugar flavors. Brewed 10/05/2021 Produced 6.13 gallons @ 1.050. Final (corrected refractometer) gravity: 1.0105 (~5.3% abv). Bottled 09/30/2021 with 135 g sucrose.
