Mashing this time in pot and in oven at 170 (the min for the oven). Was able to keep at about 150 throughout. Gravity after mashing before boil 1.026. Gravity after boil and cool is 1.05 BUT there's only about 0.75 gal so I have to add 4 cups water, after which OG is 1.038. Lots of suspended solids so we'll see how much settles out - the taste is fantastic even after having diluted with tap water - aroma also quite good.5/17 - 430 pm - fermentation overflows bubbler so need to install the ...
