Brewing for the Brewtoberfest Oct 9, 2021 event is back on after a COVID hiatus. Smooth brew day, volume about a quart heavy. I added a half ounce of mandarina bavaria hops with 5 min left in the boil for just a hint of citrus in the beer. I'll ferment at about 64 for a couple of days and then I'll add 2 quarts of fresh watermelon juice 3 days into fermentation and then gradually bring the temp up to 68 to finish.
