This will be a no boil with steeping grains. It follows my Sip of Sunshine clone but I changed all of the hops. Then added LME and 2.5 lbs of sugar. Added 2 more gallons of water. Added 1/2 campden tablet and 1 tsp asorbic acid. Brought brought water up to 160 and did whirlpool for 20 minutes, which was 1 oz Wimea and 1 oz Vic Secret and 1 oz Zamba.
Added wort chiller, table sugar and rest of LME with 10 minutes left in the whirlpool.
OG was 1.081
