Special Instructions

1.
Make a suffient starter, about 2 liters. Lallemand Verdant is great, though.
2.
I would ferment in Fermzilla or a keg with a shortened beer out tube. Use a blowoff tube connected to the beer in.
3.
Oxygenate well if you use fresh yeast
4.
Pitch @ 18 C and raise to 22 C over 2 weeks
5.
Dry hop @ day 2 during active fermentation
6.
Lower temperature to about 10 C @ day 11
7.
Dry hop, pure and purge headspace thoroughly @ day 12
8.
Oxygen free transfer to a clean keg @ day 14
