Special Instructions

1.
Mash at 162F. Collect wort for boil.
2.
Peel orange, lemon, lime into hop bag. Add at start of boil. Juice & add to wort. Hops follow schedule.
3.
Add whirfloc 5-10 mins before flameout.
4.
Post-boil, chill wort to 80F. Ferment.
5.
Ferment for 7 days. Rack to secondary. Settle & cold crash. Dry hop final 2 days.
