The Bitterness calculation is not correct on this recipe. The beer actually is coming out around 35 IBU. This recipe had an increased grain bill because I have not been able to achieve this efficiency (77%) on my system before. So it is coming out a bit on the heavy side. May be due to a more finely milled grain. Which of course did cause a stuck mash or two, make sure to use rice hulls even if you don't think you need them. At the end when I collected the wort I ended up with 4.8 gal. into the carboy.
