heat water to 120 degree, add grains and soak for 20mins
2.
Mash at 152 for 60min, sparge at 180
3.
Primary Ferment: 5-7 days in primary at 68 degrees
4.
cool to 68 and pitch yeast
5.
ferment for 14- 21 days at 68 degrees
6.
add 640z tart cherry juice to every 2.5 gal
