Special Instructions

1.
Bring water to 170F and steep grain for 30 minutes
2.
Add LME and bring to a boil
3.
Add bittering hops (60min)
4.
After 45 minutes, add Irish moss and boil for 15 minutes
5.
Chill wort to 67F and aerate
6.
Pitch yeast
7.
Ferment for 1 week and 2 days
8.
Rack to bottling bucket and add priming sugar
