Special Instructions

Steep grain in 1 gal water at 152F for 60 minutes

Rinse with 2-qt of 170f water
3.
Bring water level to 2.25 gallons; boil and add 1/3 of DME.
4.
at 15 minutes add remaining DME & Irish Moss
5.
at 10 minutes add lactose
6.
at 2 minutes add cocoa powder
