Low alcohol beer for summer sessions. Aiming for about 1.040 and 30 IBU. (My high altitude will probably lower utilization a bit.) Mash at 152f. Crystal malt is optional. Up to C90 is fine for color. Pitch at about 62f, hold there a few days, then allow to rise to about 68f to reduce diacetyl. Should finish quickly, 7-10 days.
