2.do 26 liter 75 min mash in, then boil and add 10 liters to mash to bring up to 168*.May have to vorlauf, then take 4 liters and boil, and add back to mash to bring up to 168*
3.do 2 separate sparges of 14 liter 168* water(due to system restraints)
