Wow, great beer. One of the best tasting (closest to tree house/ other house stuff that we have been trying). Only improvement: We noticed that the aroma of this beer was not as good as our usual NEIPAs (likely due to the loger time between dry hop and kegging 5 days.. usually is only 3 days). Also noting that the flavor of this beer is much better. A more juicy mouth feel and getting that really juicy IPA taste. Next time I would do this same schedule, but potentially add a 2nd round of dry hopping closer to the keg date.
