15 Lb infusion mash 153F for 1hr, raise to 156F rest 90 min, sparge 180F collect 6.5gal

Notes:

cleared well after the cold crash with still a little haze. Kegged and poured growlers for all the friends and family, pandemic be dammed we will have good beer! The mosaic hop was the big star of the brew, and the yeast blend added a nice fruit ester. Overall the fresh beer was great, will taste it again next week and see if there is any hint of oxidation, I was very careful and purged all the transfers with CO2.
