OG 1.076 FG 1.014 ~8.14% ABV Apparent Attenuation 81%. Mashing with a little over 2 gallons of campden-treated tap water. This is on the thick side, but it's a cold day and mashing thick with a bigger beer paid off in efficiency terms last time I did it (with my smoked beer that well exceeded gravity expectations).
