Mash for 90 Minutes @ 152 degrees

1 gallon Sparge or enough to make 6.5 gallons of wort

Add Whirfloc Tablet with 15 mintues left on boil

Ferment 7-10 days at lowest temp possible from 52 degrees to 60 degrees if possible. Slowly Ramp up to 68 degrees if possible over next 4 days. Let sit at higher temp (after fermentation is done) for 2-3 days to remove diacetyl
