Special Instructions
1.Jan 17/21: Mashed with 15.3L at 73.2c w/ 4.5ml phosphoric, 3g CaCl2 and 2g CaSO4
2.Hit 67.2c mash temperature. 45 minute mash.
3.Sparge with 20.5L at 81c, grain bed 58c w/ 4.5ml phosphoric, 3.3g CaCl2 and 2.3g CaSO4
4.Added 25g of dried strawberries to 60ml (2oz) gin. Added .5oz IABF wood to 1oz gin.
5.Added 25g strawberries and 7g coriander at 10 minutes and left in during the chill.
6.Jan 17/21 115pm: 21c wort into FC set to 22.5c.
7.Jan 18/21 7am: Laser at 25c but no activity yet. Probe fell off of carboy so cooling didn't kick in.
8.Jan 19/21 6pm: Added 25g dry and 25g of gin-soaked dried strawberries with 60ml (2oz) gin. Added .5oz IABF wood to 1oz gin.
9.Jan 20/21 8pm: Added 50g dry strawberries and temped up to 24c.
10.Jan 23/20 11pm: FC up to 25c
11.Feb 02/21 4pm: Brought FV into 14c basement to begin chilling.
12.Feb 14/21: Bottling day. 19.7L at 25.5C w/ 5.53oz for 2.7vol.
