pipe block on. mash in, and rest for 15 minutes at 148 setting

increase temp to 155 for 60 mins with recirc arm. check og at 45 mins.

Let grain pipe drain completely before sparge

sparge at

aim for 6.75 Gal preboil

use hop spider for hops, use recirc arm into hops
8.
Cold Crash for a week at 35 degrees
9.
ferment in primary for 7-14 days, then secondary for 14-21 days.
