2.
60 minute mash at 148F - avoid residual sweetness
3.
60 minute boil - approximately 0.5 gallon boil-off
4.
Ferment at 56F in fermenter - 2 weeks
5.
2 days at 72F Diacetyl rest - then transfer to corney keg
6.
Slowly lower to 36F over 2 weeks
7.
Lager at 36F for one month prior to bottling
8.
Add carbonation in keg and bottle from keg
