Yeast lag was around 24hrs from pitch to start of visible fermentation. First round of dry hops (3oz Sabro) added 1/5/21. Fermenting at 168. Ramped up fermentation temp 4 degrees for a diacetyl rest on 1/11/21. Kegged 2/2/2021 - Smells and tastes wonderful!
