(Formerly "Leftover hop pale ale") Favorite recipe so far, definitely worth trying to recreate or iterate on. Actually doesn't taste like 36.5 IBUs. This is why it's worth taking detailed notes. Also, US-05 ferments out real real dry, if this is any indication. Definitely going to make this a go-to for a while.
