Just took the strata street recipe and replaced with nelson
mash at 150F for 60 min
1/2 Whirlfloc tablet (10 min.)
2 tsp yeast nutrient
don't forget sugar not part of mash (for grain weight)
WP hops 170F for 30min
will follow recommendation byo recipe with 200:100 sulphate:chloride. using same water profile as for
strata street
first dry hop 5 days and second is another 2 oz in keg hop
