1 tablet whirlifloc 10 minute boil

1/2 tsp yeast nutrient 10 minute boil

Boil Willamette and saaz 4 minutes

Yeast/trub dump on days 1, 3 and 7
9.
Add 3.3 oz vanilla extract to conical after 7 days of fermentation
10.
Added 2 more oz vanilla extract to bottling bucket w/priming sugar
