OG 1.056 FG 1.012 ABV ~5.8% Apparent Attenuation 78%.Made a 500ml/50g DME starter that will have been going for about a day by the time I pitch.Mashing with ~1.5 gallons of lightly treated tap water (campden). I have another ~1.5 gallons of similarly treated water for rinsing. I mashed in a little low and was soon a bit high (~154-155F).
